Welcome to your sacred space. The intersection of intention, breath, movement, and reflection…

It is through these tools, which have graciously been handed down to me by my teachers, shaped and cultivated through years studying psychology, yoga and life itself that we will work together to grow your own sacred space as you learn how to harness the deep well of healing, wisdom and truth that resides within each of us.

We all have the ability, and the right even, to cultivate a space within ourselves that feels safe, sacred, and like home. The path to this space will be hard work, I am not going to tell you otherwise. It will be vulnerable, courageous, and life-changing work. It will require your willingness to show up and to practice. Showing up literally means just that - just show up; messy, put together, ready, not ready, inspired, or tired. Show up as you are, but show up. That is the first step, often the hardest. I will be here with a compassionate heart waiting for you when you are ready.

Are you ready to create this new foundation of health and well-being within yourself?

The work

What does creating your sacred space with me look like? In our work together, we will work as a team. I am not here to tell you exactly how to do something, or to presume that I know what is best for you. I will teach you the tools that I have found to be most beneficial; teachings and practices that have evolved over thousands of years across many cultures. We will work together in an experiential way in which I will guide you to find the formula that works best for where you are at now, and where you would like to go in your life. I will help you to see what patterns and behaviors have kept you stagnant, and offer practices to help you move towards growth and change. I will meet you where you are, but I will also challenge you. True growth happens when we are willing to lean into some discomfort and take a risk. Healing that lasts, healing that is life changing takes trust, dedication, kindness and compassion.

We begin here - cultivating a kind and compassionate mindset towards yourself and your experiences.
